About Nomad

Nomad was born on Ngadjuri Land, amongst the rolling hills and the iconic palm trees that surround the Barossa Valley in South Australia. Over time, we have extended into Adelaide Hills Region. Nomad acknowledges the Ngadjuri, Kaurna and Peramangk people and their ancestral connection to the land. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

Our days in the studio are spent handcrafting small-batch candles, blending reed diffusers and designing homewares. Our work has become well-known for the collaborative projects we produce with like-minded creative folk. There’s something special about being able to come together to create magic. This sense of community to build each other up, rather than down is what we’re all about.

Aside from our positive social impacts, we are working to decrease our environmental footprint by adopting sustainable practises. We consider the environment with every decision regarding our supplies, packaging, and postage. We also donate our time and profits to various environmental initiatives.

Our products are designed to capture the senses; they are enticing; calming and invigorating. You’ll find something to match every mood, event or season. They are created with a variety of aesthetics in mind – embracing simplicity; dreamy, bohemian styles; and bursts of tropical lushness.
