Returns Policy
We want you to love the beautiful things that you purchase from Nomad Candle Co, as much as we do. If you purchased a product that doesn't quite work or fit how you intended it to, please get in touch via email to hello@nomadcandleco.com.au along with your order number, reason for return request and photos if damaged or faulty within 7 days of receipt.
We will happily provide you with a store credit or exchange option. Please note: We are unable to provide refunds on products that have been used. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged from transit or proves to be faulty, we will provide you with a replacement.
Beautiful things can be delicate. We will not replace or refund items that we deem to be misused, tampered with or those that naturally wear over time. This is in accordance with the consumer affairs laws within Australia. All returns, replacement products, store credits or exchanges are at the discretion of Nomad Candle Co.
